1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
